Learn to make delicious traditional Southern Italian dishes in our hands-on cooking classes. We prepare all meals with locally sourced fresh ingredients to create a selection of traditional regional dishes: a complete menu or your choice of first courses, second courses, and/or side dishes. We then feast on the fruits of our labor in an included meal. And, of course, no Italian feast is complete without a couple of good bottles of vino. Cooking classes can take place in the kitchen of a local nonna, a family-run pizzeria, or outdoors at a villa.
